Hello everyone, I am part of a group of local bloggers in New Jersey that have created the first ever Red Bank Blogger Crawl! Myself along with the other bloggers of It’s Droolworthy, Magnificent Temptations, Amy Believes in Pink, More by Sonya Cashner, The Perky Foodie, Daily Dose of Dawson, Mbeewell, and A My Name is Amy were able to talk to employees and gather information on different stores and establishments in Red Bank to share with our viewers. I covered two of my favorite stores in Red Bank, Double Take and Lucky Clover.
Double Take is a consignment shop located on Broad Street which has a mixture of new and vintage pieces as well as designer and luxury options. Double Take began in the Short Hills mall in 1992 and now has two more locations in Ridgewood and most recently Red Bank which opened in 2012. The majority of the merchandise is second hand and some pieces are selected from boutiques and showrooms. The store offers everything from high-end gowns to sharp designer suits ranging from brands and designers such as Chanel, Hermes, Jimmy Choo and many more. Personally, I love finding hidden gems in here and I really appreciate that Double Take has a section for size eleven shoes for big footed people like me.
Lucky Clover is a boutique also on Broad Street which has a bohemian, beachy style. The store is a just over three years old and sells everything from festival inspired clothing to witty signs to dainty accessories. Lucky Clover carries great basic pieces like solid tank tops and comfy loungewear along with flowy tops in loud prints and many different textures and fabrics. Some of the store’s most popular pieces include initial necklaces, low tie bracelets, crochet tops, printed pants, mini dresses, and anything with an elephant design. The store is very young and offers a fresh style that is perfect for the summer and festival season.
